What is personal training?
Personal training consists of one on one coaching from a certified personal fitness trainer... this trainer teaches you, motivates you, and gets
you to work hard consistently while following a detailed fitness plan, which the trainer develops for you based on you and your goals.
Personal training is the most effective method of achieving your health, fitness, and/or weight loss goals as it utilizes the most effective exercise
and nutrition strategies while at the same time it keeps you continuously making progress.

Do you train men and women?
We exclusively train women. Sorry guys!
What if I don't have a gym membership or a gym in my home?
No gym or fitness equipment required. I can train with you at your home
with the fitness equipment I have or you can come to my downtown Toronto
condo and train with me.
What kind of results can I expect?
It honestly depends primarily on how bad you want to achieve your goals and how hard you are willing to work.
My personal training programs will allow you to get the most out of your fitness and nutrition.
On average, most clients lose approximately 1 pound of body fat (not scale weight) per week and often will lose
6-15 pounds in a 6 week period.
How do I know which program is right for me?
It all depends... first, you need to know what your goals are... then look at
the different programs

How often should I meet with a personal trainer?
This sill depend upon your goals, how quickly you want to achieve them, your schedule and time available to exercise, and
your budget... but when considering the cost, be sure to remember that this is your health and there is nothing on
earth that is more important... because without it you have nothing.
On average, most clients do best when they meet with a personal trainer 2-3 times per week... less than that many people will
slack off and not get nearly as much out of it. Here are a few things to keep in mind when determining how often you'll
meet with your trainer...
1. How fast do you want to achieve your goal and see results
The more frequently you meet with your trainer the faster you'll see results
and achieve your goals and there are several reasons for this...
consistency, accountability, motivation, guidance,
you'll work much harder with your trainer than on your own, etc.
2. How much experience with exercise do you have and how much do you really know
While many people have exercised before, many for years... do they really know it all? It's not likely...
I have spent years studying and learning to know what I know and my primary focus is on helping and teaching you.
Think about it... if you don't know taxes (like I sure don't :) are you going to try to figure it out yourself or have
someone help you? Why leave your fitness results to chance?
Most of my clients work me 3 times per week to start out and
then will gradually decrease the frequency as they progress and learn more, and feel more comfortable and confident on their own.

Yes... we offer flexible payment terms and accept cash, checks, and

Are you a certified personal trainer?
Yes, I am certified by the Certified Professional
Trainers Network (CPTN), and hold a Degree in Radiology and Imaging
Technology.
