Hello Friend,
My name is Sammie Kennedy. Just over a year ago, I was your average
unfit 22-year old girl, who never played a sport or picked-up a weight
in my life. Truthfully, I was disgusted and miserable with my body…
and myself.
With some inspiration from my boyfriend (now fiancé), I got a personal
trainer, worked out
regularly, and
ate healthy.
The results, I went from:
- 141 lbs to 116 lbs
- 25.5% body fat to 13.5%
- A size 6 to a size 2 (lowest size ever)
- Low self-esteem to entering my first FAME Fitness Model
Competition ever - my first competition since eighth grade public speaking
